title="Uterine leiomyomas during pregnancy and labour",
abstract="Recently there is observed a rising percentage women giving birth at the age over thirty and even forty, which pregnancy are often complicated. We present some views of pregnancy and labour management with uterine leiomyomas. There is trend towards non-operative procedures during as pregnancy as labour even ended by caesarean section. Myomectomy during pregnancy is advantage when performed early on selected patients and if necessary \&#8211; i.e. because of severe abdominal pain.",
