abstract=" We present a case of the soft tissue chondroma in a 47-year-old male patient, who was admitted due to increasing dyspnoea caused by an enormous tumor in the neck. This cartilage tumor is described exceptionally rare in the literature, especially with a similar localization and such significant size. The aim of this piece is to get a better view on the subject of the soft tissue chondroma of the parapharyngeal space and the surgical treatment. ",
