title="Maternal hypertension and the duration of pregnancy",
abstract="Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) is a relatively common condition affecting 5-10% pregnancies. It is widely regarded to be one of the most common reasons of perinatal mortality of both babies and mothers. Its diagnosis does not seem to be a particular problem but its complex pathology is still waiting for a satisfactory explanation. The most difficult moment in the whole process of taking care of those patients is deciding on appropriate moment for a delivery and facing dilemma of maternal indications versus dealing with an immature baby. Authors made an effort to present a systematic review on classification, etiology and therapeutic methods and their influence on delaying the need of delivery in pregnancies complicated by PIH.",
