abstract="An ovary tumour is a rare factor complicating pregnancy. The aim of this paper was to present a case of a large tumour (dysgerminoma) coexisting with pregnancy. Ways of treatment such kind of tumour and possibility of therapy preserving fertility have been discussed. Recomendations of a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure in pelvic tumour in pregnant women have been presented.",
