abstract="We present a case of a 36-year-old female patient with dyspnea and hoarseness lasting a few months. After specimen taking, the  Solitary fibrous  tumor of the larynx was diagnosed. The tumor with an infiltrated fragment of cricoid cartilage was removed through laryngofissure. We present this case because of the diagnostic problems and the advanced surgical technique which enabled final decannulation of the patient.  ",
