title="The diagnostics and treatment of the rare laryngeal paraganglioma – a case report",
abstract=" We present a case of 51-year-old male patient admitted to our Department with dyspnoe due to a large laryngeal tumor. As a result of the meticulous radiological and histopathological dignostics the supraglottic laryngeal paraganglioma was recognized. The tumor was totally excised from lateral pharyngotomy approach preserving important neuro-vascular structures and the larynx. Based on the review of the literature the etiology, diagnostics and possible treatment options of this rare clinical entity was discussed in detail. ",
