abstract=" We present a case of a 53-year-old patient with headake. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging have showed a pathological mass penetrating into adjacent structures. The patient was operated. Histopathological examination has showed an osteoma of the frontal sinus and polyps of the ethmoid sinus. The article focuses on the general characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of osteomas of the maxillary-ethmoidal massive. ",
