title="Immunotherapy of uterine cervix infections with Uro-Vaxom",
abstract="The fundamental system, determining the homeostasis of organism is immunological system, which decide of genitals local immunity. Bacteria existing in vagina, principally in uterine cervix region, manifest their ability to generate endogenic infection in case of physiologic equilibrium disorder, especially concerning the immunological system function. Escherichia coli are a bacteria frequently isolated from female genitals, responsible for a large number of infections in obstetrics and gynecology. Existing in vagina, it is potential etiological factor of infections in pelvis minor. Ascending tract through an uterine cervix is consider to be the most frequent mechanism of uterine tubes infection, leading to infertility. Consequently, fight against long-lasting and recurrent infection of uterine cervix is a great importance. Strains of E. coli are able to acquire antibiotic resistance. On the ground of carried examinations I accomplished the characteristic of microorganisms isolated from examined women treated for recurrent and long-lasting infections of uterine cervix. Because of ineffectiveness of antibiotic therapy in case of multi-drug resistant E. coli strains immunotherapy (monovalent autovaccine and preparation Uro-Vaxom) was undertaken. The efficiency of treatment of multi-drug resistant strains infections with immunotherapy was comparable with antibiotic therapy efficiency used in case of infections caused by antibiotic sensitive strains.",
