abstract="We report a case of 40-year-old Caucasian man presented with an asymptomatic nodule localized on his arm. The puzzle histiocytosis composed of juvenile xanthogranuloma and Langerhans cell histiocytosis was diagnosed. The results of immunohistochemical studies confirm the dual character of histological texture of the lesion.",
