abstract=" Authors present the case of 53 years old man referred with suspicion of neck tumor. Preoperative head and neck computed tomography scanning showed mastoiditis latens, Bezold’s neck abscess and brain abscess of temporal lobe. The patient was operated as a matter of urgency: simultaneous ear surgery with Bezold’s neck abscess evacuation and puncture with drainage of brain abscess under the control of o neuronavigation.
