abstract="Retrospective studies covered 2 116 men who had been not previously treated and who reported to the Infertility Treatment Outpatient Clinic in years 1982-1997. It was analysis semen according to patients residence. In conclusion on the basis of obtained data the hypothesis of male semen parameters worsening cannot be confirmed among the men examined in years 1982-1997. Additionally it was not observed that the patients residence influence on parameters of examined men.",
