abstract="Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most frequently occurring disease of urinary tract in aging male. The symptoms reported by subjects in anamnesis are: frequent miction, polyuria, narrowed urine stream, night miction, urine rest volume and finally urine retention is possible. Above mentioned symptoms lower the quality of life in significant manner. Lower activity at work, sleep disturbances and continuous tiredness are frequently observed. Additionally sexual dysfunction leads to  decreased quality of social and familial life.",
