title="Autoinflammatory diseases in children and in adults in the practice of the general practitioner and paediatrician",
abstract="Autoinflammatory diseases are rare disorders of innate immunity with onset in childhood or in adulthood. Characteristic manifestations of diseases include recurrent or continuous attacks of fever and other symptoms of systemic inflammation. Diagnosis relies on clinical symptoms, in many cases followed by genetic testing. Knowledge of auto-inflammatory disease symptoms is important for their early diagnosis and control by long-term drug therapies. The aim of the publication is to present the most characteristic symptoms and the clinical picture of a group of autoimmune diseases characterised by recurrent episodes of fever, defined as recurrent fever syndromes.",
