title="Patient with chronic heart failure. Ambulatory management – tips and tricks",
abstract="A patient with chronic heart failure is a challenge for health systems. Those patients have often bad prognosis, require many recurrent admissions to hospital, and have low quality of life. Outpatient management of this syndrome is still very difficult. It requires not only good knowledge of the latest guidelines but also the knowledge of the patient in the first place and the ability to change the treatment according to the patient’s unique condition. In this article the authors review the most crucial aspects of ambulatory therapy of patients with heart failure and give some tips and tricks as far as some difficult decisions are concerned.",
