abstract="The acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) challenge test in patients suffering from airway disease exacerbated by this drug represents a valuable method of confirming the diagnosis of this syndrome. The nasal provocation challenge with lysine aspirin is characterized by a relatively high specificity and a good safety profile. The methodology of the challenge with a single dose of lysine aspirin is similar to the procedure of nasal allergen challenge.",
