abstract=" The work shows main aspects of physiological menopausal period based on the last scientific works since 10 years. There are relation between neurohormonal disorders and metabolic disease progress as obesity, overpressure, underpreassure, disbetes, lipid metabolism disorders and organs and organ systems dysfunction. It is recommend transdermal hormonal therapy, which should start when the estrogen level is below 25 pg in the blood. Hormone doses should rinse down with age, therapy should continue to 65 years old, because osteoporosis is developing in geometric progress in this age. ",
