abstract=" We report a case of a 31-year-old patient with a solid ovarian tumor, ultrasonographically diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy. The patient underwent adnexectomy in the twelfth week of pregnancy and gave full-term birth by cesarean section in accordance with the oncological protocol. We present the diagnostics and the methods of  treatment of ovarian tumors  during pregnancy. ",
