title="Methods of family planning in group of married woman - choice, estimate, satisfaction",
abstract="  Introduction.  The family planned is important question in professional practice of midwife. Midwife working in concrete local community should know structure, expectations and level of knowledge of client. This reconnaissance presents base for planning her work in dimension educationally - healthy.   Aim of the study.  Estimate of method of planning of family applicable by women in conjugal associations. Analysis of source of information, criteria of choices, influence on genital life, general estimates and satisfaction.   Material and methods.  Method of diagnostic survey, 100 woman in age from 20 for 45 year old in conjugal associations. Questionnaire was constructed independently for purposes of work.   Results and conclusions.  Source of information about methods of planning of families: books and popular literature (59%), physician (56%), midwife only 13%. Methods it most often applicable: contraceptive sheath (36%), hormonal oral tablets (35%), attitude intermittent (26%). Natural methods it uses 28% respondents. Criteria of choices of methods: efficiency (49%), sanitary safety (38%), convenience in application (31%) and price (8%). 57% respondents it has evaluated applicable method well, 32% very good. 68% researched women has regard that it does not disturb chosen method in sexual life, it has declared 30%, that in only small degree. 20% respondents it has declared determined correction of conjugal life, it has answered 26%, that rather so. It has not corrected quality of life according to 18% give method rather, but it lacks opinion (sentence) on this theme 34%.
