title="Professional training and future plans of the graduates of Podhale State Vocational High School in Nowy Targ",
abstract=" Introduction.  When nursing graduates consider their future in this profession they have to make many decisions: further education, working in a given specialization. Nowadays they also have to decide on working abroad. These decisions depend on the quality of education and being satisfied with the choice of a profession.   Aim of the study.  The aim of the thesis is to become acquainted with plans of the Nursing College graduates in 2006 and 2009 and compare them. What is more, I wanted to find out whether the graduates are satisfied with the quality of education in the College.   Material and methods.  In the research I used the opinion poll based on questionnaires. In the research took part 86 nursing graduates: 36 graduates in 2006 and 50 in 2009.   Results and conclusions.  When we compare the results from 2006 and 2009 it turns out that 1/3 more graduates from 2009 intended to continue education, especially in nursing. In both groups the same number of students want to work as nurses. In 2009 fewer graduates intended to work abroad: about 50%.  Nursing Topics 2010; 18 (2): 163-168",
