title="Evaluation of the quality and organization of nursing and midwifery bridging education system in Poland",
abstract="      Introduction/Aim.  The goal of the research was to evaluate the quality and the organization of nurses’ and midwives’ education process in Polish bridging studies system.    Material and methods.  The research has been conducted among 10 027 participants of nursing (92%) and midwifery (8%) bridging studies in 69 Polish schools. The research has been conducted with a diagnostic survey using a standardized questionnaire for graduates of bridging studies. Statistical analysis was carried out using the following tests: chi-squared test, Kruskal-Wallis and coefficients: Kramer’s V or Kendall’s Tau-b.    Results/Conclusions.  Graduates’ satisfaction with the implementation of the curriculum has been high. They were very satisfied with the professional qualifications they had obtained. Teachers were evaluated highly. The accessibility of information related to: study programs, internship policies, field of study, these requirements was rated satisfactory.
