title="The need for physical examination in nephrology nursing",
abstract=" Patients with kidney disease need well-educated, highly skilled, motivated nurses, because changes in the profile of the patient nephrological - more often it is the person with multi-organ disease, comorbid diseases (cardiovascular, diabetes, tumor lesions) or elderly person.   Modern care nephrology nurses requires specialized knowledge and skills, enabling the provision of optimal, high-quality nursing care.   Browsing the database in search of publications on issues of physical examination in nursing practice noticed a distinct lack of reports in the literature on the use of a comprehensive physical examination in nephrology nurses.   Expanding the powers of nurses is an integral part of the development of the profession, reflecting both the needs of the health system in many countries, and social expectations. Therefore, there is a need to improve skills trials, one of which should be universal for all nurses nephrology, the ability to make a physical examination of the patient. This is because of the fact that many diseases of the kidney, like the kidney failure affects the entire body, so physical examination should be considered as a basic element of Nephrology nursing.     ",
