title="Stress and burnout syndrome among hospital ward staff",
abstract="  Introduction.  All the people who have to help, communicate and work with another humans, are exposed to high strain, chronic stress and burnout.    Aim.  This dissertation will evaluate styles to overcome stress, shows how looks burnout among hospital nurses \& paramedics, and which methods are used by medical stuff to cope with such problems.    Material and methods.  The research was performed among 70 hospital ward staff in the province of Opolskie. To make this researches I had to use these data collection instruments: self-completion questionnaire, CISS questionnaire and MBI questionnaire.    Results and conclusion.  The result shows that physiological disorders are the most popular symptoms. If hospital employers are exposed to stress, then they have a tendency to stay focused on the task at hand. On the question of burnout, it’s affecting all three aspects. ",
