title="Distant results of treatment of epithelial malignant neoplasms in girls",
abstract="dziewczęta, prokreacja.   Objective and material:  Operating treatment of gynaecological malignancies at girls with saving of hormonal and reproductive function of ovary is very problematic. The aim of work was to present our own clinical material consist of consisted of 19 girls in age 12-20 years, who were operated from ovarian carcinoma or ovarian tumours of borderline malignancy. Operating diagnosis, histological type, follows up and number of pregnancies and deliveries were analysed.   Results:  from among 11 patients operated from borderline malignancies after 8 years of follow up only one case of borderline tumour in remaining ovary was diagnosed. One girl of this group of patients had two pregnancies and delivered two healthy children. Among 8 girls with ovarian carcinoma in 4 cases of stage IA sparing operations were performed whilst in 3 cases of stage IC, IIB, IV radical operation were executed. One case of metastatic ovarian carcinoma from stomach was observed. One patient with ovarian carcinoma after sparing treatment delivered healthy child.   Conclusion:  long-lasting careful observation and oncologic control of girls after sparing treatment give possibility of fertility in future.",
