abstract="Sexual child abuse is form of maltreatment which is the hardest to diagnose. Because of this we don\&#8217;t know real number of children who were abuse. Majority of research workers report that 6-62% of women and 3-24% men were victim of sexual abuse in childhood. Procedure after trauma include psychotherapy made by qualified in this cases psychologists. Physician role is taking history, make diagnosis and stabilized emergency cases, diagnose and treatment physical trauma, take material for microbiological tests and for inoculation. In addition include precise documentation injuries and event, legal instruments and inform public prosecutor.",
