abstract="We describe a 19-year-old patient whose primary tumour was an embryonal carcinoma of the left testis with metastasis to the prostate. The patient was addmitted with weakness, dysponea and enlargement of the left testis. Orchiectomy was done as the first step of medical treatment, unfortunately massive haematuria caused a requirement to perform the second look. The patient underwent transurethral resection of the tumour of the prostate. It was necessery to apply blood postoperatively, after 3 days of recovery the oncological treatment by means of chemotherapy was started. At present the patient is in oncological cure, later follow up will be provided.",
