abstract="Integrated health care plays a pivotal role in allergic diseases. It identifies key actions (based on guidelines) in the management of allergy patients that are transferred to the local level and implemented in clinical practice. It is particularly important for allergic rhinitis to develop a new generation of guidelines for pharmacotherapy and allergen immunotherapy. Allergen-specific immunotherapy is a parallel therapy that has a preventive (or prophylactic) character and not a method indicated for those who do not respond to pharmacotherapy.",
