abstract="Difficulties during diabetic foot syndrome result, among others, from the advance of destructive changes within it initiated an infection and infection. In such situations, it is critical to assess the degree of tissue damage and identify and eliminate the root causes of ulceration. The paper presents the planned procedure for outpatient diabetic patients. The ulceration occurred in the plantar area of the foot as a consequence of a corpus callosum resulting from wearing incorrect footwear. In the diagnostic process, physical examination of the lower extremities, pulse measurement on the lower extremities, examination for diabetic neuropathy, and X-ray and microbiological examination were performed. After the obligatory foot, antibiotic therapy and relief of the foot. Due to the penetrating nature of the ulcer, rinsing with an iodine-based antiseptic preparation was used with specialized dressings. Healed after external conditions for 3 months.",
