title="Prognostic significance of occurrence of alternative splice mRNA VEGF forms \– VEGF121, VEGF145, VEGF165, VEGF183, VEGF189, VEGF206in squamous intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer",
abstract="Investigations show, that angiogenesis has largest meaning in process of progression of cervical cancer. Largest proangiogenic working shows VEGF. Well-known is six isoforms, which come into being mRNA: VEGF 121 , VEGF 145 , VEGF 165 , VEGF 183 , VEGF 189 as well as VEGF 206 on road of alternative maturation. 119 segments (43 segments of proper epithelium, 38 LSIL, 17 HSIL, cervical cancer made up 21 segments in degree of clinical advancement IB \– IIB) were pathomorfological estimated and molecular analysis was surrendered. Degree of expression VEGF was estimated (marking quantity of copy mRNA/1 \μg RNA in studied tissue). Risk of cancer progression in aspect of occurrence of alternative splice mRNA VEGF forms were estimated. VEGF transcriptive activity in HSIL group was ignificantly higher in comparison with group LSIL and proper tissues of epithelium groups, VEGF transcriptive activity in LSIL group was significantly higher in comparison with proper tissues of epithelium group. Height of VEGF transcriptive activity in studied tissues segments of cervical cancer were not observed. In dependence from affirming isoforms VEGF risk of progression LSIL carries out suitably: for VEGF 121 \– 2.28, for VEGF 145 \– 1.32, for VEGF 165 \– 1.53, for VEGF 183 \– 1.73, for VEGF 189 \– 2.02, for VEGF 206 \– 1.45. In dependence from affirming isoforms VEGF risk of progression HSIL carries out suitably: for VEGF 121 \– 8.94, for VEGF 189 \– 12.95, for VEGF 206 \– 9.81. In dependence from affirming izoformy VEGF risk of progression of cervical cancer carries out suitably: for VEGF 121 \– 9.35, for VEGF 165 \– 5.49, for VEGF 183 \– 4.46, for VEGF 186 \– 3.58, for VEGF 206 \– 21.29.",
