This review presents the most commonly used immunohistochemical scoring systems applied in diagnostics, the microarray and macroarray technology and in scientific studies. The paper stresses also the significance of cooperation between pathologist and surgeon in terms of securing and assessment of tissue material for routine diagnostics and scientific study.",
