title="Unreversible (reversible) vocal fold paralysis? Case report",
abstract="The literature describes cases of diabetic neuropathy in the course of which there was a reversible paralysis of the vocal folds. Diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication of diabetes with a different clinical picture. The best form of prevention and treatment of the above complication is good glycemic control. The described case is unusual due to the lack of regression of the paralysis despite normalization and proper control of diabetes, and the etiology of bilateral vocal fold paralysis in this patient is not entirely clear.",
