abstract="Despite the development of antibiotic therapy, phlegmon of the neck is still common. It develops mainly in patients with diabetes, especially decompensated, abusing psychoactive substances, diseases with decreased immunity or not caring for proper oral hygiene. In this article we presence a case report of neck phlegmon in a 45-year-old patient who developed a complication in the form of internal jugular vein thrombosis and bilateral cavernous sinus thrombosis.",
