abstract="Immunotherapy pharma market has been still increasing in Poland in the last 20 years. The number of practicing allergist increased by 10 fold, enhancing access to allergy healthcare. Internal and external factors influenced the patients’ access to the specific immunotherapy. During last two years a vast decrease in the number of patient undergoing allergen specific immunotherapy was noted. This may affect public health in the near feature.",
