title="Personalized psychopharmacology in integrated medical model",
abstract="Medicine as a philosophy of science, in addition to describing the morphology of physiological and disease phenomena, also creates models of understanding the causes of diseases. The integrated medical model is an attempt to connect mental disorders related to the syndrome of maladaptation to stress with the development of chronic diseases. The integrated medical model postulates the integration of psychopharmacological treatment with somatic treatment, respecting the biological limits of the body and physiological self-regulatory mechanisms, as well the development preventive psychiatry in which pharmacological treatment is of a cosmetic nature – it is intended to restore health, not to maintain it. Maintaining health is the patient’s responsibility to follow non-pharmacological recommendations formulated by psychiatric cosmetology.",
