title="Three cases of dual diagnosis: paranoid schizophrenia and cannabis use disorder – case studies and literature review",
abstract="This article presents three clinical cases of patients diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia (F20.0) and co-occurring cannabis dependence syndrome (F12.2), along with a review of published case reports on the use of cariprazine in similar populations. Patients had previously received various antipsychotics with limited success. Switching to cariprazine led to improvements in positive and negative symptoms, and social functioning. The article includes a discussion of cariprazine’s D3-related mechanisms and presents data from case reports and observational studies. The need for individualized treatment and integration of psychiatric and addiction care is emphasized.",
