title="Palisaded and Neutrophilic Granulomatous Dermatitis Associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis: a Rare Case Report",
abstract=" Palisaded and neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis is a rare reactive dermatosis. It may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic inflammatory conditions, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, autoimmune hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and sarcoidosis. It has also been reported in association with malignancies, infectious diseases, and drug reactions. The exact pathogenesis of palisaded and neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis remains unclear. The diagnosis is based on clinical and histopathological evaluation. We report a rare case of palisaded and neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Treatment with topical corticosteroids resulted in improvement of the skin lesions. The patient has been followed for 4 months without recurrence. ",
