abstract="Lumbar disc disease is one of the important point of the contemporary neurosurgery practice. Minimal invasive percutaneous surgery of lumbar disc disease is the new way of treatment. The first step in percutaneous surgery was done with chymonucleolysis. There are three mains methods: percutaneous laser disc decompression, neulceoplasty and annuloplasty. Percutaneous surgery with minimally complication rate is in many cases effective.",
