title="The role of HBV and HCV infections in neoplasmatic transformation to hepatocellular carcinoma",
abstract="Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most dangerous complicattion of chronic inflammatory disease and liver cirrhosis caused by HCV and HBV viruses. The problem of neoplasmatic transformation is still examinated. There is a lot of data about main factors responsible for it such, as integration of HBV DNA with cell\’s DNA, HBx Ag and p53 protein. Role of HCV virus is still unknown in process of carcinogenesis. Some late reports show the participation of core and NS3 proteins in this process. There is no documentation how double infection of HBV and HCV viruses takes part in transformation of liver cells to hepatocellular carcinoma.",
