abstract="The present article describes management patterns in post myocardial infarction patients, treated in outpatient primary care. The article summarizes data derived from the POLKARD-SPOK survey, performed under the auspices of the Ministry of Health in Poland. POLKARD-SPOK was designed to determine the compliance of everyday primary care practice with the European Society of Cardiology recommendations on coronary heart disease prevention.
