abstract="Chemotherapy in cervical cancer has very little efficacy. Mostly neoplastic cells are chemoresistent, bur there are same cases, in which chemotherapy in cervical neoplasm is used. There are recurrency of neoplastic process or progressive disease with metastazes. In the other hand more and more often is recommended chemotherapy as a neoadjuvant treatment (before surgery or radiotherapy) in cervical cancer also.   In this article results of different schemes of chemotherapy in inoperable cervical cancer (Stage IIb-IV) are presented.",
