abstract="Advances in medical science necessitate a periodical amendment concerning immunization, feeding diagnostic criteria and medical recommendations of some diseases of developmental age. There has been observed a tendency to replace  single vaccines with a conjugated vaccine. In 2006 the Rome criteria of functional disorders of the digestive tract were modified and Rome III criteria worked out. More frequent has become use of probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics in children. Annual advance in medical science mean that a periodical updating of classification, recommendations and guidelines in paediatrics is essential.",
