title="Computed tomography (CT) in lung disease diagnosis and monitoring",
abstract="Since the early 1980s computed tomography (Ct) has been revolutionizing diagnostic imaging of the chest. It markedly increased the number of clinical indications of CT, angio CT and HRCT (high resolution CT). CT plays an important role in diagnosis and monitoring of lung cancer, pulmonary embolism, small-airways diseases, idiopathic interstitial pneumonias and collagen vascular disorders. CT is also useful in diagnosis of pulmonary emphysema and oedema.",
