abstract="H. pylori infection initiates chronic inflammatory changes in gastric mucosa and sometimes ulcer as a consequence. Long-lasting colonization leads to gastric cancer or lymphoma development. Basic diagnostic studies are endoscopy of upper gastrointestinal tract with specimen sampling form gastric mucosa. Macroscopic changes of gastric and duodenal mucosa presented in H. pylori infection are not uniform and patognomic. The aim of the study was to present a variety of endoscopic pictures observed during endoscopy among children and youth with confirmed H. pylori infection.",
