It leads to the manifestation of different symptoms connected with disfunction of these glands. Confirmation of the diagnosis is based on subjective and physical examination but radiologic, histopathologic and serologic diagnostics (anti SS-A/Ro, anti SS-B/La antibodies) are also necessary. In this article we present 38-year old female patient who according to her symptoms was previously diagnosed as Sjögren’s syndrome but there was no confirmation in serology. She was admitted to the Clinic because of intensive back and hip pain in order to further diagnostics and treatment. %A Okupniak, Justyna %A Puszczewicz, Mariusz %P 95-97 %9 journal article %U https://www.termedia.pl/Diagnostic-difficulties-in-a-patient-with-ankylosing-spondylitis-and-previous-Sjogren-8217-s-syndrome-diagnosis,18,12569,1,1.html
