Although, not included in classification systems, overt motor activity is frequent concomitant sign in anorexia nervosa. This paper presents three case studies of anorexia nervosa patients characterized by altered motor activity. Three of them represent different types of that phenomenon (changing of lifestyle, forced exercises, continuous restlessness).
