A great number of mechanisms take part in the treatment procedures undertaken in rheumatoid arthritis and allied conditions. Inhibition of biological hyperreactivity is the most important phenomenon operating in the signal transduction cascade (cells, genes, molecules), following DMARDs therapy. Clinical remission can be achieved in approximately 50% of treated patients. %A Mackiewicz, Stefan %P 289-292 %9 journal article %U https://www.termedia.pl/Disease-modifying-drugs-molecular-and-clinical-aspects,18,15695,1,1.html
