Though the whole development of surgery depended in past on a method of wound treatment, a proper progress in this field of medicine took place 100 years ago. The wound healing is the biological phenomenon, developed during the years of the phylogenetic development. Due to the development of the molecular biology techniques it was affirmed that the wound healing is a result dynamic co-operation of many molecular factors. The cell proliferative potential may be estimated by the quantity of active gene expression products only in the meantime of the cell division. Such products may be the particles playing a direct role in cells divisions as well as the particles helping in the process of cell division. The investigation of the cells proliferative activity using the techniques of molecular biology is based on the search of mRNA particles present in dividing cells only. %A Nowak, Leszek %A Olejek, Anita %P 2-30 %9 journal article %U https://www.termedia.pl/Biological-and-molecular-aspects-of-wound-healing,5,2925,1,1.html
