There are many potential benefits of combination in pharmacotherapy of pain and the possibility to achieve a synergistic or additive effect, which in turn permits the use of lower doses of the individual drugs, and can potentially reduce the incidence of side effects. In the case of combination of tramadol and dexketoprofen, there is a synergism, which is used in the treatment of inflammatory pain. The paper discusses the indications for use of this innovative combination registered for the treatment of acute pain. %A Woroń, Jarosław %A Wordliczek, Jerzy %P 61-67 %9 journal article %U https://www.termedia.pl/The-combination-of-tramadol-with-dexketoprofen-in-clinical-practice-the-progress-in-the-treatment-of-pain,98,29634,1,1.html
