Case reports AB - Preparation for being pregnant and pregnancy management in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) constitute an important clinical problem. An unfavorable influence on pregnancy may be caused by inflammation per se and organ involvement during RA, but also by applied therapy. Few observations exist concerning the course of pregnancy in RA patients treated with biologics. In this study we present two cases of RA patients, who became pregnant during biologic therapy.
