Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most significant risk factor of cardio-vascular events among patients with myocardial infarction. The history of ischemic heart disease among patients with DM is frequent asymptomatic. This paper presents 53-years old man with the long-term history of DM with myocardial infarction as a first symptom of ischemic heart disease.
