Rational antibiotic therapy requires consideration of the recommendations and epidemiological data. Respiratory infections lead to severe consequences, and therefore require special attention. Resistance to antibiotics may be associated with bacterial biofilm. For this reason, the choice of antibiotic is particularly important, especially its pharmacokinetic characteristics. In addition to the spectrum of action on efficacy affects its ability to penetrate into tissues and cells.
